Apps that keep up, too.
Same source of truth as your site. Now on the home screen.
An app should not be a second thing to maintain. We build yours on the same data your site already reads — so you move Friday's game once, and the site, the app, and everyone's phone all agree before anyone leaves the house.
One content model. Two surfaces. No second CMS.
Demonstration: a coach moves Friday's game from 7:00 PM to 6:30 PM in Strivona and saves. A push notification arrives on the team app — “Friday's game moved to 6:30 PM” — and behind it the app's schedule already reads 6:30 PM. The team website shows the same new time.
One edit. The app, the site, and 40 phones — all current.
Two ways to ship
Installed or web — we'll tell you which you need.
Both are real apps with their own icon on the home screen. The difference is what they can do when someone isn't looking.
iOS · Android · App Store + Google Play
Installed app
When people need to be told.
A real app on the App Store and Google Play, built once with React Native and shipped to both. Home-screen icon, push notifications, and a roster that still opens in a gym with no bars.
What you get
- Push notifications — a moved game reaches people before they leave the house
- Works offline; last night's schedule is there without a signal
- Found by searching the App Store or Google Play
- Camera, photos, calendar, and wallet passes when you need them
What it costs you
- Apple and Google review new releases — usually a couple of days, occasionally a week
- Developer accounts, billed at cost: currently $99/year (Apple) and a one-time $25 (Google)
- Feature changes go out on a release cycle. Content changes don't — those are data, and they're instant
Best when a change has to interrupt someone: a game time, a closure, a cancellation.
Any phone · Add to Home Screen · No store
Web app
When people just need it handy.
An installable web app that shares a codebase with your site. Someone taps Add to Home Screen and it opens full-screen — its own icon, no browser bar, no download.
What you get
- Ships the same day your site does — no store review to wait on
- One codebase with your site, so there is no second thing to keep in sync
- Every change is live the moment you save it
- No developer accounts, no yearly platform fees
What it costs you
- Not in the App Store — people reach it by link or QR code
- Push works on Android and on iOS 16.4+, and only after someone adds it to their home screen
- No camera, wallet, or deep device features
Best when the app is a faster front door to what you already publish.
How to choose
If a change has to interrupt someone, you need push — build the installed app. If it just has to be handy, the web app ships this week. Plenty of organizations start with the web app and add the installed one once they can see people actually using it.
What it keeps up with
The same data. A surface that can reach people.
Sports & schools
Your program, in everyone's pocket.
- A moved game reaches parents before they leave the house
- Roster, player pages, and stats — the same ones as the site
- Final score on the home screen seconds after the buzzer
- Team announcements without a group text chain
Growing businesses
Your business, one tap away.
- Today's hours, menu, and specials — current the moment you change them
- Booking, with the reminder that stops the no-show
- Job and order status, so nobody calls to ask
- Repeat-customer offers that go out when you say so
What it actually takes
Four steps, and you do none of them.
01
Both surfaces, one build.
Your site and your app read the same data layer. One content model, two views. There is no second CMS to keep current and nothing to copy between them.
02
On your phone before the store sees it.
You get the real build through TestFlight and Google's internal track, on your own phone, with your own data. We fix what you find, then submit.
03
Submission is our job.
Screenshots, store listing, privacy answers, review replies, and the developer accounts — we handle all of it. Web apps skip this step entirely and go live the same day.
04
Then it keeps up on its own.
Content changes need no release at all — a new player, a moved game, tonight's special are data, and they land instantly. Feature work and OS updates are included in your monthly plan; you never chase a deprecated SDK.
What it costs
An app is an add-on, not a second invoice.
It joins your monthly plan the same way everything else does — build, hosting, and updates included, no one-off project fee.
Web app
Ships with your site.
+$99/ month
- Installable from your site — its own icon, full-screen, no browser bar
- Same data layer as your site: change it once, both surfaces follow
- Offline shell, so it opens on a bad signal
- Build, hosting, and updates included, same as the site
Installed app
When it has to reach a phone.
+$249/ month
- Native iOS and Android from one codebase
- Push notifications, with a send-to-everyone screen in your admin
- We submit: screenshots, listing, privacy answers, review replies
- Store developer accounts billed at cost — currently $99/year Apple, one-time $25 Google
- Releases and OS updates handled — you never chase an SDK deprecation
An app is an add-on to a site plan, not a replacement for one. It reads the same data your site reads, so the site comes first.
